CLASSIC GAME ROOM WEBSITE7/1/2009: Is it really July? New site coming in a month! Many changes are coming for ClassicGameRoom.net in the upcoming month. An all new website will be launching soon with a whole new look, cartridge scans, packaging scans, text reviews and more. The Classic Game Room review shows are running full speed ahead and will continue to appear daily on our YouTube channel. The new site should be about one month away, in that time site updates have been temporarily stopped. The forums have been hit hard by somthing and we're having difficulties fixing them. This is complicated by the transition to a new site. As we're unable to access our internal forum emails at this time, would the few fellows who sent us some games please contact us at our YouTube channel because we were just about to mail out proper "thank yous" and can't get to your addresses. One of these days you'll stop by and find an all new site. It's coming. It's really cool too. -CGR 6/18/2009: June Eighteen. Good afternoon, after we survived tornadoes and flooding yesterday, Classic Game Room continues to upload 1 or 2 reviews a day to YouTube. Our website team is working on bringing the ALL NEW website to the Internet and we hope to have this site replaced in a few weeks. We are still trying to figure out what happened to the forums, there is no word yet on when they will return. 5/8/2009: ANNOUNCEMENT, all new website is coming! It's a few months off but our new site will fix all of the problems with our existing site. The current site was meant only as a temporary website while we got the Classic Game Room review show up and running. Now that we've broken 21,000 subscribers and have amassed over 600 reviews and tens of millions of views it is time to build out a real website with a searchable database and cartridge scans, box art and text reviews. All of the CGR reviews will remain on YouTube but will now have more material associated with each review and be organized by genre, system and year of release. It will rock! FYI, the current, sucky website will not be getting sections for Atari 5200, PSP or iPod games. We will incorporate those game systems into the new site. Reviews from the past week:
